Chaos Flame is my new favorite build for pve, it's arguably the best warlock pve build. You'll have to do a few things to copy this build, first use top tree dawn blade for the ranged solar melee. Use Buzzard or Monte Carlo in your first slot. This is because Monte Carlo will help with melee regeneration and Buzzard will net you Swashbuckler x5 on a melee kill. And you'll be killing a lot with your melee. You'll want to get some of the new Season of Dawn armor so you can use the Season of Dawn mod slot. You'll need High Energy Fire which can be found randomly when doing the sundial or bounties/quests associated with it. You'll new the new mod Heavy Handed, this you can get from ranking up your tangled shore Obelisk. Then you'll need the other new season of dawn mod called Blast Radius. Blast Radius will get you charged with light when killing multiple enemies quickly with Rocket Launchers or Grenade Launchers. Being charged with light will trigger the effect from High Energy Fire - a 25% damage increase until you get a kill or run out of charges of light. It will also cause the mod Heavy Handed to activate as well if you're charged with light and use your charged melee ability. If you are charged with light when you use your melee ability, Heavy Handed will consume a charge of light and return 50% of your melee energy. So essentially to master this build, you want to shoot Deathbringer, consume your grenade to trigger Heat Rises, then fire your melee ability at an enemy you can kill with it. This kill will trigger Sunbracers unlimited grenade perk. Simply unleash hell, rinse and repeat. And hey, I guess Buzzard can do something here and there too

Lore
Sunbracers
"When one can wield the fire of stars, what use is flesh and bone?"

“Thanks. Helium reactors still intact. What did you call them?”
“Sunbreakers.”
“Hmm. Bad idea. I go around touting that name and those mercs will come out of their caves and I'll have twice the trouble. I've got enough bad blood with those barbarians.”
“What?”
“The Sunbreakers, old Titan order, super serious mercenaries, fire hammers? Been in the wilds for decades, and word is they've made a new pact with the City, so there's bound to be more of them.”
“It's just a name.”
“You tell them that, they'll probably put a bounty on you and try to sacrifice you to their forge. I'll call them Sunbracers.”
“Call them what you want. To me they'll always be Sunbreakers.”

DEATHBRINGER
Exotic / Power / Rocket Launcher
"Sing them a lullaby of death and nothing more."
Dark Deliverance

Lore
Deathbringer
"Sing them a lullaby of death and nothing more."

"The Song is the antithesis. The Song is destruction. The failure to master the harmonies of life has birthed the anti-creation—the sullen frequencies of ruin. Those sweet melodies carry with them more than death—a rending of spirit and mind, a flaying of the physical self till nothing remains.

"The beauty of the cascading notes. The imperfect inflection of their tune… There has ever been, and will ever be, art in creation. So too in the act of annihilation—erasure and bittersweet finality. This is the Song's truest gift…

"In its wake, once the echoes have rung their last, there is only silence and the grand splendor of nothingness.

"Thus is the Song an end, and those who join its Choir are death, and nothing more."

Lore
Martyr's Retribution
That which returns from the void will always seek revenge.

"There seems to be no end to them. No matter how many I destroy, there are always more. An infinite, ceaselessly multiplying array of circuits and fluid. New units replace their ruined predecessors, forming out of sapphire transmat clouds. They want me dead. They won't stop until I meet my demise. They persist.

"For all their vast knowledge, they seem to have one blind spot. They should know by now, I also want them dead.

"And I won't stop either."
